Special Requirements
BA-MED understands that medical professionals and institutions may have unique instrument specifications. We welcome and actively support special or custom orders. Any special requirements — including modifications to size, material, finish, or packaging — must be communicated clearly and confirmed in writing prior to order placement.
Special requirements submitted after order confirmation may not be accommodated or may result in revised pricing and lead times. Please contact our team at info@bamed.com before finalizing your order.
Pricing Policy
BA-MED adopts lean production methods and cost-efficiency measures to offer competitive and sustainable pricing to our clients. Our pricing is reviewed periodically to reflect current market conditions, raw material costs, and operational expenses.
While we strive to maintain price stability, unforeseen economic circumstances — including fluctuations in currency exchange rates, material shortages, or inflationary pressures — may necessitate price revisions. All such changes will be communicated to clients with prior notice before any order is affected.
Minimum Order Requirements
To ensure cost-effective production, quality assurance, and timely delivery, BA-MED requires a minimum order value of USD $500 per transaction. This threshold allows us to maintain the standards our clients expect while keeping overall costs manageable.
Orders below the minimum value threshold may be subject to an additional handling fee or may not be processed. For further queries, please reach out to our sales team.
Payment Terms
BA-MED offers flexible payment terms tailored to the nature and scale of the client relationship. Standard payment terms are as follows:
Advance Payment: 50% of the total order value is required upon order confirmation to initiate production and sourcing.
Balance Payment: The remaining 50% is due post-delivery, within a mutually agreed timeframe of 30 to 90 days, depending on the client's history, order size, and agreement terms.
Alternative payment arrangements may be considered for long-standing clients or high-volume orders. Please contact our finance team to discuss options.
Filing a Claim
BA-MED maintains rigorous quality control throughout our production, final inspection, and packaging processes. However, in the unlikely event that goods are received with loss, damage, or discrepancies, the following procedure applies:
All claims must be filed with BA-MED and the designated shipping agent within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. Claims submitted beyond this window may not be eligible for compensation or replacement.
To file a claim, email info@bamed.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence where applicable. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
Returns & Technical Support
BA-MED stands behind the quality of every instrument we manufacture. Should a product require return due to a defect or non-conformance, please contact our customer support team to discuss the matter in detail before initiating any return shipment.
Important: No returns will be accepted without prior written approval from BA-MED. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or credited.
Approved returns must be shipped back within 21 days of the invoice date. All returned goods are subject to inspection by our quality assurance team before any credit, repair, or replacement is issued. BA-MED reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution following inspection.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
BA-MED reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website and communicated to active clients. Continued engagement with BA-MED following any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
